Our Father lead an eventful long life. His interest in railways and model railways are well known. He built a large collection of working model steam locomotives. But, he also had a proud history with the development of new technology which we all take for granted today. His involvement as a young eighteen year making parts for, its claimed to be the worlds first electronic computer at Bletchley Park” Colosus” also the development of submarine telephone cables across the Atlantic.
